Day 2
Normally after a full day off drinking I am reasonably back to normal quite clear headed. This time I was hitting it particularly hard for few days beforehand. No pain or tremors but feel delicate not quite right anxious. I think I dehydrated quite a lot as I have been constipated the last few days.
I really think I pushed the limits this time.
Luckily I have no desire to drink in fact the thought makes me feel sick.
To those AF and clear of withdrawal you are lucky don't let triggers fool you or think you can control alcohol.

Day 2 completed and withdrawal symptoms have abated 90%. AA this evening Smart Recovery Meeting tomorrow.
We weren't born needing alcohol, it is a false belief. It only adds to any emotional problems we have doesn't help them.
