Hi everyone,
I had to post again here as I couldn't find my last post. Just on mobile phone and difficult lol.I'm still clean that's since April 14. I was in a social scene where alcohol flowing. I had one non alcoholic beer and went home early. Was very happy the next morning with a Super clear head in work ....anyway rambling on here please let me know how you doing, oh one more thing I have changed my diet and cut out all junk except a piece of dark chocolate now and again as a treat and feel so much better. By for now. Carlingford 😆😆😆
