Hi all

Friday night and Saturday morning last I was in turmoil.
On the back of having a virus for a week or so was gagging for a beer.
The pull was strong.

Saturday morning I went for a 6 mile walk turned up at me recovery group for midday. On the weekend its a free for all coffee/tea/food and chat.

I listened to a lovely chap speak of his past experiences for half an hour believe me it was quite dark anyway when I left to walk home that pull was gone and has not returned

So no excuses find the antidote and do it.
