Merry Christmas Everyone! A heartfelt thank you for all your support, advice and everything you all do here everyday. Being part of this community is the main reason I've managed to stay sober and keep working on my recovery. You are all awesome!

Merry Christmas sweet sober friends! It's 5:06 am here in Maryland and I cannot wait to watch the kids open presents this morning.

We went over to my sister's house last night where she served cocktails and it just dawned on me how the temptation to drink has completely disappeared. I am almost 8 months sober and I am a totally new person. I don't want to drink. I don't want to taste it, to feel it, to be drunk ever again. I am beyond grateful to be celebrating love today and to be getting ready to enter a new year as a sober and healthy Mom, wife, daughter and spiritual human.

Thank you SR and thank you to all of you. I hope you find peace, joy and love on this day and every and Merry Christmas to those celebrating!
