Four days ago, the day after my last post, I decided to stop moaning, feeling sorry for myself etc etc Etc.
So, I decided (again) that this was time to change.
Its now Friday evening (uk) and I am feeling ok. Had a few witchy twitches earlier but pushed through and am now past that mini crisis. I am feeling confident for the rest of the weekend and will let you know my progress.
Its embarrasing to be back on the trail again but I know that you all understand and have been there yourselves.

Thanks Silver, really enjoying my tv evening without the never ending stress of when, how to pour more. Has it been a respectable amount of time since the last drink ? On and on it goes.
I am actually feeling quite relaxed and looking forward to another fresh start tommorow.
