Whilst I don't have many/any physical cravings I feel terrible. My anxiety is through the roof, I'm on edge, angry, annoyed and have a really weird prickly feeling all over my back - like I'm being stung by nettles or having an electric shock

I'm drinking loads and loads of water, making milkshakes and eating lightly and often. Sleep so so but just feel so anxious, facing life.

just needed to write it down really. Reading and writing on here helps so much.

amxiety is so hard, you been here before so you know it will subside in time. Just keep doing as you are, it will pass. Be patient and keep drinking the water
and resting

Congratulations on day 3 ReadyAtLast!

It is likely to diminish I would have thought but in the unlikely event of it persisting beyond another few days then a doc would seem a goid idea.

Thank you - I think I will. I'll see how I am in the morning and maybe see the doc. apparently I have a large rash all over my back too Probably totally unrelated to quitting but will see doc anyway.

nearly 8.30pm in the UK now so off to bed soon. Got through another day
