on day 6 now and already feeling alive again, or as I like to call it, back on planet earth. because i really didn't feel like i was in this world when i was drinking and always said i just want to return to planet earth. i already accomplished more this morning then i would have accomplished in a week when on the bottle. The health benefits alone are reward enough....no hangover, calm stomach, clear skin, even got a 45 min workout in today so enjoying the added benefits of the endorphin high. yes it's good to be back on planet earth.
