Fear-Setting Exercise - If uncertainty scares you
Hi, friends.
I remember when I was contemplating quitting wine I was hell scared that I wouldn't be able to cope with life without my anesthesia.
I am 4 months and 8 months sober, and still scared of uncertainty, but no more of uncertainty of how it feels to live my life sober.
I came across this fear-setting exercise some time ago, and it helps.

Maybe, give it a try and face your fears related to sobriety?
Have a great weekend.

Thanks MB, just wanted to reply so I can check out the video later. I am definitely still working on the struggle with fear and anxiety, so I like to read, listen to podcasts, watch you tube videos and there are so many good TED talks.
Thanks again. I hope you are doing well!

Thank you, Delizadee.
I am currently dealing with lots of things which put me on the verge of panic, so it is vital to get out of my head and put thoughts on paper.
