Unhappy Four months sober post pregnancy

I am four months sober. I drank three drinks a day two to three a week while pregnant with my daughter and had two episodes of binge drinking 4 to 5 drinks each time. This occurred from 11 weeks to 29 weeks. I am happy to be sober but concerned my daughter has fas. I feel horrible and need to talk to her pediatrician at her 2 month appt. I don't know how to feels with the guilt and anxiety . Praying of the best.

Prayers for your daughter. Congratulations on being 4 months sober. Can you call and get an appointment earlier and tell the pediatrician your concerns? Also praying for the best.

Hi and welcome

I hope that you'll be as honest and open with your Dr - it's in your interests and bubs.

I'm glad you're sober now and I hope that you'll get good news from your Dr.

I'm sorry for your situation. The main thing right now is to focus on your daughter and to see what you can find out about her health. Following is our link on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome:

What makes you think your daughter has fas? It might be too early to tell yet. I didn't drink during my pregnancy but my son does have developmental delays and autism. Im here if you need support. Hugs.

I am worried because in my ultrasound she was about 10th percentile head circumference, has a thin upper lip, and her ears look different. I am just worried and nothing to do but wait and find out. Thank you for your thoughts. I am loving her as a blessing regardless just scared and anxious. Praying for the best. 😕
