Enjoying sobriety and getting so much more done. This site has been lots of help.

I did really want a bottle of wine after finishing a 60h week at 7pm last night. I convinced my self that I've done 23 days and enjoying it. I could quite easily have a drink and continue as normal tomorrow.......I went for a cycle with the kids instead and done the ironing scheduled for today!!

This morning I'm hangover free, glad I didn't drink and have today's chores already done!!

Established my trigger is relaxing, destressing and fear of missing out. These are the challenges.

Congrats Mark!!! Those triggers and cravings diminish and come less often the longer you stay sober. I learned to do something with or for others when they come on. Good luck and keep up the good work.
