Hello....popping in to say hi. Hope everyone is doing well. It's been a while and I know I need to get back on track with my recovery. I recently found myself slipping back into codpendent, toxic behavior last week, and was lucky enough to be able to commisserate with my good friend Firesprite about it. She's a rock and a ray of Florida sunshine! Thank you, friend.

Anyway, it's not about my BF, my family, friends or anyone else. My behavior is about ME and how I can live the best life possilble.

So, good to "see" you again.......you haven't gotten rid of me yet!
