Day 13.
Wanted to share a fe thoughts.
First of all thank you to everyone who reads and comments on what I write and what others write. It really does help. For example, I've learnt not to label myself as an alcoholic; I don't like alcohol is a much better way of saying it. People can't tell you what you do or do not like.
At first I came on this site maybe every hour lol. Now it's about 5 times a day. Not because it isn't useful but because alcohol isn't the forefront of my thoughts.
I've noticed today how I've started to care for myself more. Just basic things that when you're hungover you can't be arsed to do.
Anyway happy Friday everyone. Hope everyone has a restful weekend 😀😀😀

Good for you. If it helps, folks like you are the ones that keep folks like me going. It's so good to hear you slowly feeling better. Going through what I am going through now I am really proud of you.
