One year today
This has been the best year of my life.

We're getting better, man!
That was my theme song this year. It comes up on rotation on my ipod at the gym or when I'm running, and I knew I was on the right track because I'd think to myself, "You know, I really AM getting better."

That's a cool song. I have some really specific songs that I listened to over and over again in my first days and weeks and I love how, when they pop up now, it takes me back to those days and all of the great thoughts I had and actions I took.
