Day 92 and feel terrible.update.
Hi everyone currently in ER as feel so bad. 92 days and Head aches, dizzy, weak, want to always sleep,scratchy on legs, nauseous and much more. getting bloods done as have feeling somthing else wrong but hope not. I don't have much hope the Doc. Will have a clue what Paws is but will put my crazy mind at ease if everything ok. In Que so update later.bye for now.C.

At least you chose to go to the ER rather than drink your problems away. Similar to you, I have added the ER to my plan as a last resort instead of picking up a drink, even if it meant that I was having severe mental problems rather than physical.

Hi Guys Good News :)
Hi Guys, Thanks for all your support and kind words, really appreciated. I waited a few hours and got the all clear from doc. Bloods came back within normal range, liver all clear and nothing abnormal, phew what a great relief, super news gave me a spring in my step 
. I just have to stick with it and hope that with patience I will revert to normal or as near as. I know that 30 years of constant drinking will just not revert my body over a few months, I now will implement my plan to get over the Christmas period and beyond and attend a few meetings. Had a good sleep last night knowing I had the all clear physically, its the mental bit that is getting me but gradually and slowly fog lifting, tingling getting lesser and cogitative functions getting better. Thanks SR and everyone for your support yesterday it really meant so much in my hours of need, God bless you all, now nearly my bedtime, warm milk and sweet dreams, bye for now
