Sorry i haven't been around as much
things have gotten bad here last night i cut my wrist and cut all over my arm
i used something that would normally be non sharp i broke it and its can hurt me
my husband is angry at me he shouted at me he use to self injure himself but he was very angry he says he cant trust me at all

Tonight things are so dark ...i am welcoming death ...av not done anything to myself yet but am planning
everyone is best off without me anyway
am a waste of a life ...
