Anyone know where I can find the links for info

Been drinking again for around 6 months. Nothing today, think i rock bottomed last night and wondered does anyone know of some links here that have some info/game plan/step by step type of thing to help with quitting for good?

Hi Polar Bear,

Welcome back! A few other suggestions would be to check in the 24 hour recovery thread each day, join the November class (or soon to be December class) both of these will help you to build up a group to connect with.

There are also a few other great links at the top of the Newcomers thread. You can do this!!!
