Glad you made it here. The week / month ahead is likely to be a challenge. BUT, it is doable. We'll be here for you. That's the beauty of this forum. 24 hours a day people pop in from all over the globe.
You may have already heard of the HALT triggers, but I'll type it just in case. These are the common big triggers for us. Def in early sobriety, but also later on as well. I can soon get a little rattled if I neglect myself and find that there are 2 or more are in play. It might not make me drink, but it sure affects the quality of my sobriety. So. HALT. Hungry-Angry-Lonely-Tired. Basic stuff, but these can make a massive, massive difference to our ability to stick with it and stay sober.
