Hey guys, haven't been around for a while.
So I am 28 days clean and sober, I feel great. I am dealing with my anxiety and seeing a therapist every Tuesday. This week I am getting my security licence, and in January I will be studying at college, police foundations. This is the longest I have gone since I was about 21, and I have to say, it has been more worth it than I could have ever imagined. Things are beginning to look up for me. I want to look back and say, "I have been sober since 25." My mentality is that alcohol is a poison, like my smoking was. It has to stay on the same side of the chart as those. I am now very aware, which I would drown out with binges before, of my emotions. I have analyzed triggers and avoided them. I feel a sense of motivation that I have long forgotten, I'm on a path now and I will not deviate.
Thanks for reading.

33 days.....
Anyway, quick question. Anyone deal with heavy fatigue this late in? I Binge drank for the last 5 years, for a little history. Otherwise I feel fantastic, blood pressure, pulse, ect is fantastic, and I do get up early everyday, but the last two days around dinner time I feel as though I will fall asleep where I stand. (I'm aware no medical advise, I am asking experience.)
Thanks!
