You really don't have to be high as a kite to be slap happy!

You know what is better than anything? Being healthy, happy and alive. Take gentle care of yourself and you will be able to just sit back, breathe and live life beautifully.

Which is exactly why, 'strong' me transferred all spare cash into my savings account earlier. It's just gone 5pm in the UK and I knew 'weaker' me, would be out at the shop by now. Can't access it until Monday now (I'm a Friday drinker), so problem solved

I'm not sure I get slap happy anymore, more a calm present zoom. That's what I dig. But certainly alcohol never did any good for long term happiness.

My endorphin thingies are dancing on their own steam again , when I drank i'd be chemically happy ,giggley for about half an hour then 2-3 weeks of misery would follow .
