Sorry av not been around the last few days
things have been hard ... things have been dark i wasn't caring about myself all my husband walked in on me trying to drink bleach if it wasn't for my husband id be dead or very ill .

things have gotten better since but i have an appointment with the disability benefit people who will interview me for so i can get the money that we need to live on if not my husband got to get a job
and ill be on my own at home with things i can hurt or kill myself with
as well as my benefits my husband carers money will be at risk of ending
if i dont get the disability benefit
so there is a lot of stress on me right now ...i want a drink but am not drinking want to self injure but my young family members are here for the weekend and i don t want to upset them or for them to know i cut
am going with an adviser to the interview and my husband is coming with me
