Help please
Lately I have been just so full of anger but I have trouble venting I lock it all up and feel like I'm going insane. I often shut myself away in a closet or in my room and scream all I do is scream I want to breack something or cut my self, I have cut myself serverly in the past but I stoped due to visits to the hospital, someone please help I'm going insane I've been told I'm bipolar and I feel that way too I want to die I'm angry and I'm helpless angianst it I have no friends and I hate my father😦

I teach German (and English) and it's always nice to meet someone from Germany. So New Zealand, I bet it's around 8.30 pm there now, or am I wrong? It's 10.30 am here. And it is SNOWING! The weather gods are not on my side today, that's for sure!

Rain is way better than snow, IMHO. I had to walk the dog this morning and it was COLD as heck. But when I got inside, my cat insisted on using my lap as her bed, so now I'm nice and warm. Do you have pets, Isobela?

I have too many pets, to be honest. I used to work for the ASPCA here in Norway and whenever I fell in love with cats I had to take them home with me.
Do you like music? I'm actually an old woman, over forty (!) but I listen to Taylor Swift and David Guetta and the stuff my students listen to. I'm a wannabe teenager.

You sound like an old soul in a young body, while I am an old woman still young at heart. I love that all sorts of people meet and hang out on this forum. I'm glad you found us. You will always have a place here with us.
