cravings like mad
Day 11 and horrible cravings today. Didnt take anything but now have a horrible headache. Feel like im going crazy. I thought i was getting better but feel so stuffed up.
Have you looked at this thread Cista?
I know it's written largely from an alcoholic perspective but it fits a wide variety of addiction IMO.
Some good ideas here:

Thanks Dee74 for the link I read a few times. Thank you also Jimmy9212 early recovery is tough. Days 10 - 14 have been my previous relapses. I usually work but am on leave atm which I first thought was a blessing but it seems to be a trigger. I am determined to keep going and hanging in SR for support.
Hang in there.
FWIW, I was extremely reluctant to go to NA. Turns out it was the best thing I ever did. I found some people there who had been where I was and who had found a way out. The therapeutic value of one addict helping another truly is without parallel. I just had to show up for it.
Time and time again these people looked me in the eye and assured them that the cravings and the mood swings and feeling like I was going to jump out of my skin wouldn't last forever. They told me it was normal to feel the way I did considering how much time I had clean. They didn't lie.
This too shall pass. You only have to do this one day at a time. Don't try to do it alone.
