Hi I have been reading others posts and encouragement here for awhile and haven't posted yet because I only have the desire to stop taking substances. I just would like to thank you all for being here Thank u, T

Give it a go! I quit one thing at a time and it took a while but I feel really good. The sooner the better:-)
