8 Weeks

I have now hit 8 weeks sober. The social urges are definitely starting to fade now. Have 3 counseling sessions under my belt with another set up for this Friday. I find the counseling sessions are like having a fitness trainer - they help keep you accountable and you don't want to disappoint them.

Just need to keep sticking to the plan one day at a time.

We can do this folks!
