Good
Good
Good morning. Just checking in. Feel pretty good today. Yesterday my back was hurting for no reason (felt like muscles) and normally I would've drank the pain away. I took a hot shower and one Tylenol and went to bed. Woke up with no pain!
On a side note, a coworker/friend of mine said to me Monday "hey don't take this the wrong way, but since you don't have any style, do you want some of my grandmothers clothes? She was real stylish". Haha, she was 93 and just passed away. But just now, a coworker came up to me that I haven't seen in a while (he's in the field) and said "have you lost weight? You look good!" It's a wonderful reminder as to why I simply cannot go back to the drink.

I use to 'reward' myself for a hard day of yardwork with beer. My body would be tired and sore and it would help.
When I quit doing that I found that my body wasn't nearly as sore that evening or the next day. The beer was making it worse, not better.
