day 3
I'm on day 3 just got to work. I took some nyquil and was able to get a couple hrs of sleep but not much. I am drinking lots of water and eating as much as my stomach can handle but that's not much either but I'm still here and still fighting!!! Thank u to u all for all the support and please keep it coming I find so much comfort in reading everyone's responses
Great to hear liberty, keep it up. How are you feeling today compared to yesterday? What kind of work are you in?
Try some soup for dinner, that might go down ok. It is also warm and comforting.
Here is a quote I always like to think about when going through tough times:
A smooth sea never made a skilled mariner.
Keep checking in!

I'm still feeling crummy but I'm going to make it through. I'm a machinist by the way. I'm not going to give up I have to get better for my family... getting off of these pills is the only option!!!!
How are you doing Liberty? Thinking of you. I'm headed to an AA meeting here in a bit. I don't go often but tonight the kids are with their father so I can tonight. It's a nice but small group. I will ask that those there that pray, say a prayer for you.

Just got home from work... idk what's worse being at work feeling terrible and having something to keep my mind off of things or sitting at home feeling terrible and having nothing to do and absolutely no energy or ambition to even try to do anything constructive...
How are you doing now liberty? Can you see the light at the end of the tunnel? Are you feeling even slightly better or still in the depths of it? Your determination is inspiring. Keep it up, keep it up, keep it up. You are going to get through this.

Just got home from work. Left my phone at home on accident. Still feeling pretty crummy but not as bad physically as yesterday but I've been having a lot of anxiety today and I'm having a hard time with that but I'm just trying to stay calm and focus on the positives.... hoping I can get some sleep tonight
