A piece of advice
Remember that it may seem like it's impossible to live without alcohol. It's not. Give it time. Give it a little time and not not will it get easier, life will get better without drinking.
Don't feel like you're being deprived, think of all that you're gaining, you ate simply trading drinking alcohol in for things that are more interesting, fun, and delightful.
Sure you don't drink, but all the things you gain in return for that, far outweigh what you get from booze.

My advice would be to get lots of rest and simplify every area of your life possible so your mind's chatter shuts up and you can begin to heal.
Even if you can't change your obligations but you can grab a nap, that helps.
And know you are worth the effort it takes to get sober, and you will be rewarded with a peace of mind that is so delicious, you won't be able to imagine throwing that away for a drink.

Recognize becoming and remaining alcohol free is a choice, not a punishment- and that there are many, many success stories here which provide confidence and perspective that such a choice is achievable and sustainable.
This isn't as easy as you think it will be.
This isn't as easy as you want it to be.
But don't let that scare you.
Your consumption of alcohol over a period of time has created an urgent emergency that requires you to give up your familiar comforts immediately. That means no more drinking. It might not seem fair, but the cards have been dealt and it's time to come up with a plan to make this new reality work. Others have done it, and so can you.
Be good to yourself. Be true to yourself. Look at yourself in the mirror, and come to grips with the fact that you've got nothing to lose by giving sobriety your best shot. It's time to stop being afraid of becoming the man or woman you always hoped you'd be.

Dig deep, you deserve a life that is not dictated by alcohol. Focus on today, focus on not drinking right now, re-define how your tomorrow will be played out by not drinking today. You never know when you will run out of tomorrow's.
