30 days
Hey everyone,
I haven't had a chance to be on here much the past couple of weeks. But I hit an important milestone today. Today is my 30th day without alcohol. A small accomplishment in the overall scheme, but last time I went sober I was only able to go 29 days before I started drinking again at a beer festival. 2 months later I stopped drinking again and now I am at 30 days.
Thanks for all the support and for holding me accountable!

First off congratulations on a sober month!
Secondly it's not a small accomplishment...Getting past that 1 month hurdle was key for me. Keep up with what you're doing and the sober months will pile up.
You'll be amazed how quickly the sober time can add up.
Congratulations again.

30 days is 30 days. Frankly, any time you put together sober is no small accomplishment. Dont belittle your accomplishments, praise them, remember them, celebrate them. Your accomplishments define you just as much if not more than your failures.
Awesome job, now just focus on adding one more day, each day. Dont look too far ahead, but dont look back either.

30 Days is a great accomplishment. Congratulations. Just don't become complacent. I did after 90 days and drank the past 2 years. Since I just did 3 months of self control, I must be able to handle it now. It was not true. That's just the mistake I made. I 'm only on day 4 right now so I have a long road ahead, but I am thrilled to be back.
