Welcome back Livingnow. Any idea what you might try differently this time around? Reading is always good of course, but perhaps you might want to consider some kind of formal plan as well?

Good job on coming back here Livingnow. You've had some sober time under your belt and can get it back.

What's your plan in moving forward? What are you going to do differently to kick drinking out of your lift this time around?

Without a plan, I would just be setting myself up to fail in the long run.

What's your plan Livingnow?

Welcome back Livingnow

A good plan is about fiunding support and using it, ands about making changes to your lifestyle or the ways you deal with life.

I think changing your routine and writing a list is a good start but don't discount other things too...nows not really the time to limit your options, y'know?

I'm not pushing any one method on you either - but do give some thought to what you might do with a slightly more detailed recovery plan

this could help
