Hello

Just wanted to say hello and I hope everybody is doing well.

I'm on Day 10...been craving lots of sweets. And coffee. But hanging in there

10 days is HUGE. The toughest part is the first ten days in my opinion. Keep up the good work. We all know how hard it is!

10 days is a fantastic achievement! Great! Enjoy the sweets too, well deserved. I drank loads of fizzy pop the first few weeks, bad for you I know, but it got me through. I'm back to tea and water now. Whatever it takes at first. xx
