Help please
I have finally decided to give up forever after so many failed attempts to stop. Difference this time is that I will not do it alone and will use the support of this community. 24 hours so far and feeling so sick and tired, but I know this will pass in time
Glad you found us mba
I know it's near the end of the month but why not check out our Class of March support thread?

Hello and welcome, you've found a great resource for recovery.
I tried and failed to quit for years. So you're not alone.
You say you'd like support, would you be willing to try AA? I found it instramental to my finally quitting.
Best to you and one day at a time.

Welcome to SR, MBA. When I first quit I had a hard time wrapping my head around the concept of "forever". It was more palatable to break it down, one day at a time. You've got 24 hours. Well done. The sick and tired feelings will pass.
