So been going good for the most part the last 10 days. I can say I've had maybe 2 days of struggling...not to drink but just feeling regretful of all the things that went down during my last binge. I mentioned in an earlier post that my wife mentioned seeing changes in me already that was day 8. I'm still filled with anxiety which is one thing I already I deal with, but I suppose that comes with the territory we're treading in.

I feel good though...just gotta face the courthouse with my lawyer come March 30th for a stupid DUI I got last July. Hope he can make it go away!

Congratulations 10 days is great...you are going great and it will get better.
We can not do anything about the past but we can do a lot about not repeating our mistakes...
Have you got someone representing you on the 30th?.

way to go on 10 days GIR. I hope you are prepared to deal with the consequences at the end of the month. Sure it would be nice if it 'goes away', but what if it doesn't.
Don't wait until the last minute to deal with it. And don't drink over it.

My lawyer is...to variables concerning my case...they took my blood with no search warrant and in the state of NV they have to have one unless I give consent to take it and I didn't. They were threatening me to strap me in a chair to take it. Exact words were "Give it or we'll take it".

10 days is wonderful getright. I remember feeling so much better around that time. I know you'll be so relieved when the court thing is over.
