NearSyncope

I was planning to go to my first CODA meeting at 7:30 tonight but I'm very anxious and scared. I've been to a few AA/NA meetings in the past but I always had a supportive person with me and even so I would get so scared I'd panic. I no longer have anyone who is willing to go with me and I haven't been to any meetings in months, and not since I relapsed. Although I know I should do this I'm very scared. Sorry to bother you guys with this but I just thought I would try to post here instead of just panicking for the next two hours and having the anxiety build up so much that I end up not going.
