Yes made it to day 4
My cuts are gone now there just scars now
Part of me wants to cut again as i think i deserve the pain
went food shopping didnt get juice so i stayed away from the drink alse
as the juice is across from it just going to drink water and tea, coffee
its keeps raining and i keep getting caught in it not going to make my cold any better
not going to a meeting tonight going to one tomorrow my nephew is meant to be over tomorrow my husband has to get him so we will be getting having dinner then heading out to the meeting at 7.30 am meeting the women i saw last night i have been sleeping most of the day looks like ill be up late tonight
I also see my therapist on Thursday and i also have a dr appointment

I think you deserve to be pain free so I'm hoping you don't cut yourself ever again

Hope you don't get caught in any more rain - but as you live in Scotland the odds of that happening are not so good
