Just go with it.

Lots of new faces here, and I notice many new threads dealing with anxiety or feeling zombified early on. Folks, just go with it. Be that zombie for today if you have to. It'll pass. So will the anxiety. That's all it is.

Happy Friday!

Bunnez

Yes just go with it- but you remember how it is at first right? Telling them via a blanket statement to just go with it might not be the beset approach. Some people need that personal advice that is just for them. Not saying you were in the wrong or your intentions arent good but early in recovery I might have wanted to make my own post even if I saw one that was very similar because I needed that personal validation or personal advice that it is ok to feel that way.
