Help

My son been out of rehab first time and it's been 2weeks. Think we are high already. Now what. What does a mom do now

Hi Rosie. Glad you are here but sorry for what brought you here.

There is a reason alcoholism and addiction are called family diseases, for they affect not only the user. However, your son likely learned a lot about what he is suffering from in rehab. I would suggest reading around, especially on the family & friends sections (both addicts/alcoholics). There are other parents here who have been in your shoes.

Good for you for reaching out for support for yourself. You aren't alone.

welcome Rosie, addiction is very difficult to explain and overcome,

there is plenty of support here, I agree with jaynie, check out friends and family section,

also try to learn more - I'm sure you had a consultation with the rehab, ask them for more info...
