A fruit bender!! I just ate an entire pineapple my lips are burning from all the enzymes! Even I'm impressed with myself. Been thirsty and craving sweets like mad lately, so fruit has been so satisfying- don't worry, I had a lot of Snickers ice cream last night too.

Day 5 for me! Hope everyone is doing well. Love following the posts here.

Oh god same!!!! I'm starting a diet on Monday as for the last 3 weeks I swear I've eaten a 500ml tub of Ben and Jerry's nearly every night!!! Lol xx

Yes, winter citrus is so good! Love pink grapefruit, oranges and clementines. I'm lucky to have a little Asian grocery a block away that sells produce for super cheap.

I love grapefruit! I peel it and eat it like an orange.

And in summer, with the ice cold seedless watermelon? I could eat that until blood starts shooting out of my eyes, heh.

Yep im back on cleaner eating next week chicken and rice etc,

Ate 2 lasanges today had weird cravings and horrible headaches
