This to shall pass

Last Sunday I was emotionally in the crapper. The sadness of my daughter's passing absolutely overwhelmed me. Here it is Wednesday and the world looks better.

One of the lessons I have learned is to hang in there. Nothing is forever. There will be good days and bad. I believe it is what normal people call life

As of today, I have not experienced
a relative close to me that has passed
yet. Ive had people ive known in recovery
that has passed and have learned to
celebrate the gifts of their ESH - experiences,
strengths and hopes passed on to me
and many others in recovery.

With your recent loss I would hope
you find peace in your heart and find
a way to celebrate her life as I would
have to believe she would want you
too.

I would have to believe she would
want you to be happy, healthy and
productive in your life and don't believe
she would want you to be sad or crying
over her passing. That I would have to
believe would make her sad. Wouldn't
you agree?

Make her happy and proud of you
for moving forward in allowing yourself
to be happy and healthy in all you do.

My thoughts are with you as you gain
strength and courage in your life.

Thank you for sharing this MIR.

How gracious is your willingness to show light can come from profound darkness.

Grateful for you.
