Welcome BR. 1 week is really huge. The very beginning is always a most difficult time. You are probably starting to feel better physically and that was very important for me when I began. I focused on that and the fact that I didn't want to go back to feeling like crap every day. Spend some time here. Look around. There is a lot of wisdom and support.
