Welcome. I'm pretty new to this also, but I can tell you SR is a great community.

Shakes....I'm experiencing them a little today. Not fun. Hang in there.

Welcome machu. Don't be afraid to seek medical help of the shakes and withdrawals get too bad. It definitely gets better over time, hope you can find the support and help you seek here.

Hey nice to meet you. I get night terrors, false awakenings etc and they're horrible but would normally get them if went a second night without alcohol.
Hope they pass for you soon cz they can be damn scary xx

Welcome Machu

Like Scott said don't hesitate to see a Dr if you feel particularly unwell.

I'm glad you found us - there's a lot of support and good ideas here

night terrors are normal for me after three or more days of binging. first night sober is the worst and second a little. usually gone by the third. but do I ever despise them, even though realistically they are not real, they still screw with you. keep going and things will get better
