First Day
I am not really new to recovery.... but I am newly sober.

I need to jump in with both feet, so I joined today to get myself submerged again.

Hi. .I'm just starting. Sober 18 hours. I've had enough. Was once sober for 6 years but have been drinking king on and off for the past 4. Need help

Hey Kayoon! Only way to do it is to jump in with both feet , because it sucks having 2 feet spread to far apart..Kinda leaves ya stuck in the middle in a lot of pain...
