I screwed up

I don't know what else to say. I blew it after 16 days. Feeling miserable. Will try to sleep at least and review things tomorrow.

Jack, use this as an opportunity to learn and move on. What can you do differently this time? Be kind to yourself and you can get through this.

It happens to many of us Jack. The important thing is you came back and didn't let it turn into a long binge. You'll be more determined now.

Just because you slipped doesn't mean it's all over. I've slipped many times, believe me I slipped a week and a half ago, bad. If you fall you just have get back up and keep moving forward. Stay motivated and keep the faith.

lots of great suggestions and encouragement; just pick and keep moving; this thread makes me think of the words to a country song; some like "if you fall down, just keep on moving and you might get out before the devil even knows you're there"
