Yes, its a setback but the fact that you came here and posted is a really positive sign.
The same thing happened to me back in July after 4 months of sobriety.
Like you I also called for help in here and manged to get back on board immediately.
I still can't identify exactly why I had that drink. But I do know that it felt fundamentally different to previous relapses. The experience was completely hollow, something had shifted inside me.
Since then I haven't touched a drop. I've had tough days but have battled through them. At the moment things do seem an awful lot easier.
So go easy on yourself. You can do this!
