That's a really good point. My plan is to actually schedule time every single day just for relaxation. Not for me to go for a run or read a book, I mean getting on my yoga mat and breathing. That's the one time I feel like I'm really checking in with how I'm doing.
I also need to break eating habits. I don't eat nearly enough as I should and I don't think this helps with the cravings!

Mindfulness is good for every situation I think! I really recommend a dedicated time each day for meditation. Ten minutes is enough and the Headspace app is great for that.
When I made it into a habit it definitely helped my stress and kept me sober. It was only when I stopped and I got overwhelmed that it fell apart!
