Parents
Two days sober and hanging out folk's place. I'm trying to read and I bark at my dad for continually talking to me. Now my folks are arguing! Granted, I'm hungry and cranky and have probably had too much coffee, but all I can think of is that evil bottle waiting for me at home.

Welcome to SR, blueperiod, and congratulations on two sober days. You will find support, encouragement and understanding here.
I am glad that you have someplace safe to hang out for the time being.
(When you get home, throw out or dump that bottle that is waiting there or have someone throw it out before you arrive home).
