That's a very good question, Wolf!

Leftovers in my fridge: Half a salmon filet, some bbq ribs, pasta with chicken in garlic sauce.

There's got to be something I could do with all that. Or maybe just heat it all up and have a smorgasbord!

Have some wild grain rice in the cupboard. Salmon with wild rice sounds pretty good, maybe head to the store and pick up some asparagus...

Well, now I'm hungry.

Tacos with black beans and lots of salsa. I am finally getting back to doing more cooking from scratch and it feels good.

I've been pretty good this week on not eating out at all..So debating on doing take out and kicking back with a good movie or making a shepherds pie... I think shepherds pie can wait till tomorrow.
Whats everyone's favorite take out food?

That all sounds awesome

i have defrosted chicken breasts but cant make up my mind

do i cook up a rustic chicken chorizo rice dish (red onion lemon garlic herbs etc)

i could make homemade fried chicken and make fajitas with lettace

Stuff it w/soft cheese & pesto and wrap it in either parma or serano ham

curry ?

im so undecided its unreal im going to think myself out of dinner here lol

Yeah, Wolf. Chicken is hard because you can do so much with it. Your chicken chorizo rice dish sounds amazing! But, of course, I love fried chicken, fajitas, and curry, too.

I recently pounded out some chicken breast until it was thin, put some sautéed spinach and onion with some feta cheese on it. Rolled it up, topped it with mozzarella and baked. Scrumptious!

I had Indian. Once every two year indulgence. Love the Garlic Naan. We should eat that more often!

Sliced lean pork chop, sliced celery, sliced carrots, and sliced red pepper over wild rice topped with a jalepeno mango sauce.

Man, you guys are making me hungry.

Sounds awesome ,everyone. My daughter cooked chicken chasseur at college, so I ate that with some bread.

It was really good, and there's half left for tomorrow.
