28 days later..

I feel fantastic! Almost all cravings are gone!
The only time I even think of drinking is if I get a lil stressed but still the thought of alcohol in my system makes me reconsider. It's really a blessing I've made it this far!

Day 26 here. Still trying to avoid friends who want to hangout and drink. I still haven't told anyone I'm not drinking.

You know what.. the moment you can start hanging out with those same friends and telling them "no I don't drink anymore" is one hell of a great feeling!
If you don't feel confident that you'll be able to yet, then I'd suggest you don't try but once you do, you'll know exactly what I'm saying. It feels like a revolution!
