t has been almost year

Although that appears to be a accomplishment, it appears that my mind is becoming a major problem and am fearing the worse/.

I remember my sister reaching her first year sober with the exactly the same fears

Hang in there well done and it shall soon pass she is now 2 and a bit years

Want to talk, do you mean a year is a goal for you and now you'll afraid of dropping the ball? (sorry about the sport metaphors). That happened to me too, but after a year of resisting the impulse to drink, I felt strong enough to get through it. Which I did.
