Going strong

Morning all hope you are all ok today

Had about 6 hours last night, not too bad but need a bit more, done 20 mins of cardio on my exercise bike today and that's knackered me out lol but I realise I need to lose these 40lbs to help my liver!!

Anyways, still sober here gang , have an epic day folks
