Hi everyone. I've been a long time lurker and a occasional poster. I really would like to thank Carol D (R.I.P),Least, Dee and many more. You guys have taught me so much threw out the years reading your post and responses. Your advice on cravings (ice cream) is so useful and so true. I finally been able to put together 10 days of sobriety. The first time in 10 years, but still have along ways to go. Thank you guys so very much for giving me some tools to start my journey with.
